📦 Abonelik Özeti (Apple & Google)
Kabul ve Uygulama Kapsamı
Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Axistia tarafından geliştirilen Livestock Manager: Breeding mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanmanıza ilişkin yasal bağlayıcı bir sözleşme oluşturur.
Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
Pro Abonelik — Detaylar ve Yenileme
- Ürün: Livestock Manager Pro — gelişmiş özellikler kilidini açar (sınırsız hayvan kaydı, bulut yedekleme, AI danışman vb.).
- Dönem: Aylık veya Yıllık (ödeme ekranında gösterilir).
- Fiyat: Satın alma ekranında yerel para birimi ile görüntülenir; App Store / Google Play tarafından belirlenir.
- Otomatik yenileme: Mevcut dönem sona ermeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Ücret tahsilatı: Dönem bitişinden 24 saat öncesinde hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Android İptali: Google Play uygulaması > Abonelikler bölümünden aboneliğinizi yönetebilirsiniz.
Ücretsiz Deneme (Varsa)
Zaman zaman ücretsiz deneme süresi sunulabilir. Deneme süresi sona ermeden önce iptal edilmezse, abonelik otomatik olarak ücretli döneme geçer. Deneme başlangıcında ücret alınmaz.
Satın Alma İadeleri
İade talepleri App Store (Apple) veya Google Play (Google) politikalarına tabidir. Bizimle doğrudan iletişime geçebilirsiniz, ancak iade işlemleri ilgili mağaza aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilir.
Lisans ve Kullanım Hakları
Size Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisansla kullanma hakkı tanırız. Bu lisans kapsamında:
- Uygulamayı kaynak kod düzeyinde kopyalamak, değiştirmek veya dağıtmak yasaktır.
- Tersine mühendislik veya kaynak kodunu çözümleme girişiminde bulunmak yasaktır.
- Uygulamayı ticari amaçlarla üçüncü taraflara kiralamak veya satmak yasaktır.
- Tek cihaz politikası: hesabınız sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır; giriş bilgilerinizi paylaşmayın.
Hesap ve Veri Sorumluluğu
Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınızla gerçekleştirilen tüm işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yetkisiz erişim şüphesi durumunda hemen bizimle iletişime geçin.
Uygulamaya girdiğiniz tüm çiftlik ve hayvan verileri size aittir. Bu verileri dilediğiniz zaman dışa aktarabilir veya hesabınızı silerek verilerinizin kaldırılmasını talep edebilirsiniz.
Hizmetin Değiştirilmesi ve Sonlandırılması
Uygulamayı veya özelliklerini önceden bildirimle ya da bildirim yapılmaksızın değiştirme ya da sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutarız. Abonelik kapsamındaki hizmetlerin önemli ölçüde kısıtlanması durumunda, kalan abonelik süresi için orantılı iade değerlendirilebilir.
Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hizmetin kesintisizliği, hatasızlığı veya belirli bir amaca uygunluğu konusunda açık ya da zımni hiçbir garanti vermiyoruz.
Zararlarımız için sorumluluğumuz, ilgili dönemde ödediğiniz abonelik ücretiyle sınırlıdır.
Gizlilik Politikası
Bu Koşullar, Gizlilik Politikamız ile birlikte geçerlidir. Veri toplama ve kullanım uygulamalarımız hakkında bilgi edinmek için lütfen Gizlilik Politikamızı inceleyin.
Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki Alanı
Bu Koşullar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Herhangi bir uyuşmazlık, Türkiye mahkemelerinin münhasır yargı yetkisinde çözüme kavuşturulur. Uygulamayı Türkiye dışından kullanıyorsanız yerel düzenlemelere uymak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
KVKK (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu) kapsamındaki talepler için iletişim formunu kullanın.
Değişiklikler ve İletişim
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler için uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta ile bilgilendirme yaparız. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

📦 Subscription Summary (Apple & Google)
Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Axistia governing your use of the Livestock Manager: Breeding mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Pro Subscription — Details and Renewal
- Product: Livestock Manager Pro — unlocks advanced features (unlimited animal records, cloud backup, AI advisor, etc.).
- Duration: Monthly or Annual (shown on the purchase screen).
- Price: Displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase; set by App Store / Google Play.
- Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancel on Android: Open Google Play app > Subscriptions to manage your subscription.
Free Trial (if applicable)
We may occasionally offer a free trial period. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. No charge is made at the start of the trial.
Refunds
Refund requests are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies respectively. You may also contact us directly, but refund processing is handled by the respective store.
License and Usage Rights
We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App. Under this licence:
- Copying, modifying, or distributing the App at the source code level is prohibited.
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the source code is prohibited.
- Renting or selling the App to third parties for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Single-device policy: your account is your responsibility; do not share login credentials.
Account and Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity conducted through it. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
All farm and animal data you enter belongs to you. You may export it at any time or request deletion by deleting your account.
Service Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or its features with or without notice. If subscription-covered services are significantly reduced, a proportional refund for the remaining subscription period may be considered.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the continuity, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.
Our liability for damages is limited to the subscription fee you paid in the relevant billing period.
Privacy Policy
These Terms are read together with our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and usage practices.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Turkish courts. If you use the App from outside Turkey, you are responsible for compliance with local regulations.

Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
